How To View Your PetScy Order Details
You can try searching for the email that was sent when you made your order.
To view your order details:
- Search in your email for PetScy Order
- Within the subject line you may see the order number, or check inside the email for the order number
- Please also verify the email contains the items you purchased from PetScy. You should see full details about your order.
Note: if you can't find your Order Number, just let us know and we will use your email address to look up your order for you.
How To View Your Amazon Order Details
You can view your order details in either the app, on the website, or you can check your order confirmation email.
To view your order details in the app or website:
- Tap Your Orders in the app menu or Returns & Orders top right of the Amazon web page. (You may have to login to your Amazon Account first.).
- You may have to tap on the open or completed order that you need the details for.
- Tap on Order Details to get all the necessary details.

- Log in at www.Chewy.com or on their Phone App. Click on “sign in” at the top of the page.
- Once you’re logged in. Hover over your name at the top of the page and a drop-down menu will appear. Click on “ORDERS”
