  • I need to cancel my subscription

    Log into your My Account

    Click on MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION for the subscription you want to cancel. This will take you to the Cancellation, Skip (next order), and Reschedule Button

    Click the Cancel Subscription and click the Cancel button. Select the reason for cancellation.
    Confirm your choice by clicking on the Cancel Subscription button.

    You can restart your cancelled subscription by clicking VIEW YOUR NEXT ORDER tab and then scroll down to show all of the previous orders and click REACTIVATE

    NOTE, if you have multiple recurring products, you will need to manage (skip, reschedule, cancel) each individually.


    Any orders that have been processed/charged have been sent and will need to returned for a refund. The portal only allows you to cancel future orders.  Please follow the "Return/Policy" below in the FAQ section.

  • What is Petscy's return/refund policy?

    If your order has processed, it must be returned using PetScy' s return shipping label (free) to receive a full refund as that order has already been shipped.

    Please click on the link below to request a return label and a PetScy Pet Expert will respond within 24 hours. 

    Orders totaling over $80 will require a $20.00 return fee.

    Refunds will be issued for unopened items only.

    *Items that have not been opened are eligible for a refund under the money back guarantee. This guarantee offers subscription customers reassurance, as they can return orders they haven't canceled in time or no longer wish to keep.

    Note: if you received any additional orders from PetScy, most likely the customer ordered on a monthly recurring basis and products must be returned for a refund.  You can review the ordering process at PetScy.com.  You can also review the "order confirmation" email which will show that the products were labeled as a subscription or recurring product.

  • I need to pause my subscription

    Our portal allows you to reschedule or skip your next order.
    Sign in to your My Account.

    Click on the RESCHEDULE button and push back 1 week, 2 weeks, or custom date.

    or

    click on the SKIP button to push your next order 30 days out from its scheduled date.

  • I need to edit my subscription

    You can update which products you are subscribed to as well as adjust the quantity and delivery frequency.

    Sign in to your My Account

    Click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS and click on MANAGE THIS SUBSCRIPTION next to the subscription you need to edit

    Reschedule, Skip, or Cancel as needed.

  • I need to update my shipping or billing address

    Log into your My Account

    Click the ADDRESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS.

    Click ADD A NEW ADDRESS button, enter new address and SAVE ADDRESS button.

    From the list of addresses, click on the EDIT button of the correct address and set to USE THIS ADDRESS FOR ALL MY PRODUCTS

  • I need to update my method of payment

    Log into your My Account

    Click the ADDRESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS.
    Click MANAGE PAYMENTS METHODS button
    Click on the EDIT button to update and save your card information.

  • Can I exchange products?

    If you have received a defective product, kindly reach out to us using the contact information provided below. To facilitate a prompt resolution, please include a clear picture of the product in question. We will promptly address the issue and assist you accordingly.

    On the other hand, if your product is not defective and you would like to initiate a return, please contact us to submit a return request. We kindly request that you place a separate order for any replacement or alternative items you may require.   • What is the cost of delivery?

    All subscription products are free of delivery. One time purchase products may have a small shipping fee. 

  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Orders will average will be delivered within 4-7 days. If the order is placed on Friday afternoon, please expect a delay as the order will be sent out first thing Monday morning.

    At PetScy, we believe in the power of consistency when it comes to experiencing the optimal benefits of our supplements. It may take up to 90 days of regular usage to witness the full potential benefits for your pet. Due to this consideration, we do not offer samples of our products.

  • How long does it take for PetScy's products to work?

     ITCH, MULTI-VITAMINS, PROBITIC & JOINT CHEWS - Please allow 2 to 3 weeks of consistent use. Every pet's underlying condition varies and responds differently. Some pets see results within a day or two and others may take a full jar before noticing results.   DENTAL CLEANSE - The dental cleanse will help the smell of your dogs breath within a couple of days.   Please allow 2-3 weeks for their plaque/tartar to decrease.  CALMING CHEWS  - are effective within 20-30 minutes of dosage. SHAMPOO -  your dog will smell amazing immediately after use with out harming to their skin.   PALM/BALM-  please allow 1 week of consistent use to help heal their paws or nose.                                                             

  • How do I know if the products are helping?

    Supplements are not an "overnight" fix. With most dogs it's a slow progression. You will want to look for small changes in your pet over the next 30 days. If you notice small changes, that means your pet is responding accordingly and is on a path to recovery.

  • Can I order your products without subscribing?

    Absolutely. We have many customers that would like to "try out" the product before purchasing on subscription.
