PetScy, Inc (the “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.petscy.com, including any other media form, media channel, mobile website, or mobile application related or connected thereto (collectively, the “Site”). We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date of this Privacy Policy. Any changes or modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Privacy Policy on the Site, and you waive the right to receive specific notice of each such change or modification. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Agreement for Use of Site and Terms, which can be found on the Site.

HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect on the Site includes:

Personal Data

Personally identifiable information, such as your name, shipping address, email address, and telephone number, and demographic information, such as your age, gender, hometown, and interests, that you voluntarily give to us when you use the Site or when you choose to participate in various activities related to the Site such as online chat and message boards. You are under no obligation to provide us with personal information of any kind, however your refusal to do so may prevent you from using certain features of the Site.

Derivative Data

Information our servers automatically collect when you access the Site, such as your IP addresses or domain names of the computers utilized by the users who use this Site, the URI addresses (Uniform Resource Identifier), the time of the request, the method utilized to submit the request to the server, the size of the file received in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the server's answer (successful outcome, error, etc.), the country of origin, the features of the browser and the operating system utilized by the user, the various time details per visit (e.g., the time spent on each page within the Site) and the details about the path followed within the Site with special reference to the sequence of pages visited, other parameters about the device operating system and/or the user's IT environment, and data, conversion rates, marketing and conversion data and statistics, reports, analytics data, reviews and surveys. This data is essentially anonymous when collected, but could be used indirectly to identify a person.

Financial Data

Financial information, such as data related to your payment method (e.g. valid credit card number, card brand, expiration date) that we may collect when you purchase, order, return, exchange, or request information about our services from the Site. We store only very limited, if any, financial information that we collect. Otherwise, all financial information is stored by our payment processor. Data From Social Networks

User information from social networking sites, such as Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, including your name, your social network username, location, gender, birth date, email address, profile picture, and public data for contacts, if you connect your account to such social networks.

Mobile Device Data

Device information, such as your mobile device ID, model, and manufacturer, and information about the location of your device, if you access the Site from a mobile device. Your device settings may enable you to disable, change or limit some of these activities. If you connect using our mobile application, this information could include:


  • Geo-Location Information. We may request access or permission to and track location-based information from your mobile device, either continuously or while you are using our mobile application, to provide location-based services. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

  • Mobile Device Access. We may request access or permission to certain features from your mobile device, including your mobile device’s bluetooth, calendar, camera, contacts, microphone, reminders, sensors, SMS messages, social media accounts, storage, etc. and other features. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

  • Mobile Device Data. We may collect device information (such as your mobile device ID, model and manufacturer), operating system, version information and IP address.

  • Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or the application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

  • Other Location-Identifying Technologies. Our website may use other GPS (global positioning systems) software, RFID (radio frequency identification) and Wi-Fi data, and other subsequent location-based technologies and methods later.
Information you post publicly or disclose to others.




Submitted Materials. All information, ideas, suggestions, concepts, or other materials submitted by you voluntarily or at our request, such as questions sent to us via the Site or user-generated content on our social media presence (collectively, “Submitted Materials”) may be used by us in any lawful manner, provided that personal information portions of Submitted Materials will only be used as described in this Privacy Policy. If the Site permits you to Submitted Materials, we or others may store, display, reproduce, publish, distribute or otherwise use Submitted Materials online or offline in any media or format (currently existing or hereafter developed) and may or may not attribute it to you. We are not responsible for Submitted Materials you submit to third party services via our service.



Name and Likeness. We may also publish your name, voice, likeness and personal information that is part of your Submitted Materials, and we may use the content, or any portion of the content, for advertising, marketing, publicity and promotional activities.

By submitting your email address through the Site, you are expressly consenting to receive emails from PetScy, Inc, including from PetScy, Inc’s affiliates, and from third parties concerning offers and advertisements unrelated to PetScy, Inc. To opt-out of receiving email messages from us or from our affiliates follow the opt-out steps provided under Options Regarding Your Information. Please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your request. If you interact with other users of the Site, those users may see your name, profile photo, and descriptions of your activity, including sending invitations to other users, chatting with other users, liking posts, following blogs.
