My Bernese Mountain Dog Maggie (7 1/2 yrs) have been using this Chew for a while and it has helped her tremendously. A couple of weeks ago we found out that she had Cancer and she was gone within a week. We are broken hearted because we lost her sister Lucy (* yrs) about 1 1/2 years ago to Cancer. I received email about my subscription that they were sending her chews. I emailed Customer Service and told them about Maggie. They responded within that day and said not to worry about the shipment that they have cancelled it and refunded my money. In light of the circumstances, I truly appreciate the compassion and excellent customer service your company has demonstrated.
